Our annotation platform
We are building our own desktop annotation tool, designed around pathology and microscopy data. It brings precise annotation, built-in scoring and quality review together in one place, and works offline so sensitive data can stay on your machines.
What it does
Planned features. Details may change before launch.
Annotation tools
Polygon, continuous polygon, freehand, bounding box and point tools, with vertex editing, duplication and opacity control.
Built-in IHC scoring
A live scoring panel that calculates H-score, TPS%, Allred score and Ki-67 index from point markers as you annotate.
Cell counting
A click counter for fast, consistent cell counts on microscopy and pathology images.
Multi-annotator review
Compare annotators side by side, see where they disagree, and measure agreement with Cohen’s kappa.
Faster workflows
An image queue, minimap, keyboard shortcuts, auto-save, undo/redo and a macro recorder for repeated steps.
Standard exports
Export to COCO JSON, YOLO, CSV and GeoJSON, so labels drop straight into your training pipeline.
In development
The core tools are built and in testing, and packaging for release is underway. Until it launches, we work in your tool or in proven tools that fit your project. Want to try it early? Contact us.
